I am a Computer Graphic Artist/Photographer. As a photographer I’ve specialized in different subject matters: examples are, geometrical abstracts, architecture, and night photography; also, scenic nature shots and wildlife photography. In wildlife photography it’s the thrill of the hunt and then the capture of the subject in the camera. When everything is perfect, and one has gotten that special moment, there is nothing like it for pure enjoyment and satisfaction
            For the last five years as a Computer Graphic Artist/Photographer I meld the two disciplines of creative artist and photographer, to make my photographs pieces of art. Many subjects extend beyond the mat board opening, and some of my backgrounds swirl to give a sense of movement. Several of my digital photographs have been artistically enhanced, which give the images added depth.
            As a new retired person I devote my newfound free time to my art. In my professional working life I was a highly advanced computer graphics artist, photographer, and videographer, with over 40 years in the graphics business. I last worked for The Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory for 25+ years as a Computer Graphics Artist and a Photographic/Video Production Editor.
